Trying To Edit OHS Properties In EM FMWC Returns "Parsing error while loading MBeans"

Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) 11
Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g WebTier version 11.1.1.7.0
MIDDLEWARE_HOME=/rbcm2o/fmw/product/111
ORACLE_HOME=/rbcm2o/fmw/product/111/ohs_111

Accessing OHS Administration in Enterprise Manager FMW Control 11g the following error is displayed:

 oracle.as.management.mbeans.register:type=component,name=ohs1,instance=instance1_myhost.mycompany.com,Location=AdminServer
  Parsing error while loading MBeans
  oracle.sysman.emSDK.app.exception.EMSystemException
  at oracle.sysman.emas.sdk.model.jmx.JMXUtil.invokeOperation(JMXUtil.java:100)
  at oracle.sysman.emas.model.ohs.AdvancedConfigModel.initializeData(AdvancedConfigModel.java:109)
  at oracle.sysman.core.model.util.ModelUtil$EMObjectResetter.initOrResetEMObject(ModelUtil.java:319)

 

Steps to reproduce
------------------
1) Login to EM FMWConrol.

2) Go to: Farm_soa_domain-> Web Tier -> ohs1 ->Oracle HTTP Server -> Administration

3) EM FMWControl will fail with following errors:

  oracle.as.management.mbeans.register:type=component,name=ohs1,instance=instance1_myhost.mycompany.com,Location=AdminServer
  Parsing error while loading MBeans
  oracle.sysman.emSDK.app.exception.EMSystemException

Changes

 The <domain>.log file shows the following error in the AdminServer when calling the OHS properties in EM FMW Control:
