Symptoms

WebLogic Server behaves as a client of an external WebService. Upon hitting the URL https://<host.domain>?WSDL handshake will fail and upon enabling SSL debugs on Client Side (WebLogic Server), the following can be seen:

Important is to mention that JSSE it's already enabled at Server level.
