Symptoms

In a newly installed 11G Webcenter Content instance, when modifying any custom metadata with the configuration manager by doing the following:

Click on Administration-> Admin applets -> Configuration manager -> Custom metadata -> Edit -> check "enable option lists' -> Configure -> select "use view" check box -> Ok to save.

The following error occurs:
