Information in this document applies to any platform.

Fulltext Search Error when using Webcenter content accounts, and OracleTextSearch.

Install WCC from scratch, and apply the latest MLR

When doing search for a regular user, Content Server will return an error message page, as follows:

Content Server Request Failed
Error Unable to retrieve search results. Encountered an exception while executing a query.

A Webcenter Content Credential Map is added similar to this example:
- In the Map Identified field type:  testmap
- Add this in the Map box-->
&test1,                    fulltexttest
&test1,                    @TESTL(R)
&test1,                    @TEST_COM(R)
&test1,                    @TEST_COM-01-01-01(RWD)
&test1,                    @TEST_COM-01-02-01(RWD)
&test1,                    @TEST_COM-01-03-01(RWD)
&test1,                    @TEST_COM-05-06(RWD)
&test1,                    @TEST_COM-05-07(RWD)
&test1,                    @TEST_COM-05-09-01(RWD)

..... (Add more accounts, etc)

Initially checkin at least 100 MS Word, PDF and text documents
- must use one of the Account names above (use a different name for each document).

Keep adding accounts to the above credential map to eventually cause the error.
