My Oracle Support Banner BP Post-Install Step Fails With JPS-04204 After revokePermission() Command (Doc ID 1672945.1)

When calling the revokePermission() command as per one of the Post-Installation instructions of WebCenter Portal Bundle Patch README, it fails with JPS-04204 error as following:

wls:/WCPDomain/serverConfig> revokePermission(appStripe = "webcenter", principalClass = "" ,principalName = "webcenter#-#defaultpublic", codeBaseURL = None, permClass = "", permTarget = "oracle_webcenter_page_scopedMD_s8bba98ff_4cbb_40b8_beee_296c916a23ed_businessRolePages_UserProfileMainView_v2PageDef", permActions = "view")
Location changed to domainRuntime tree. This is a read-only tree with DomainMBean as the root.
