RIDC GET_FILE Service Call Using IDCS (or https) Adds Additional Characters in the Downloaded Document (Doc ID 1673128.1)

When calling GET_FILE service using IDCS (or https) connection in RIDC program the native file downloaded is getting corrupted.

For text file additional text is being added to the original file and same additional characters are being set in some image files.

Images which are affected by this issue do not open up post-download.
