While attempting to access the OAMCONSOLE we are unable and see:


Caused by: [Root exception is oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Invalid life cycle state. Check the status of the Universal Connection Pool] OAMSSA-20007: Unable to connect to the User Store. User Store may not be initialized :
