 Exalogic Linux Physical
 1. OFED driver uninstall or reinstall hangs on compute node
 2. Post patching, compute node hang on a reboot
 3. Post Reboot, nodes patched from v2.0.0.0.x do not have expected exalogic-java-1.1-6.noarch.rpm, infinibus-1.1-225.x86_64.rpm
 Exalogic Virtual 
 1. prePatchCheck failure 
 2. OFED driver uninstall or reinstall hangs on an Exalogic Guest vServer 
 3. OFED driver uninstall or reinstall hangs on Exalogic Control vServers
 4. After NM2 Switch upgrade newly created private vNet not working
 5. EMOC version is not updated after the upgrade
 6. After a guest vServer kernel is patched and rebooted, the vServer is not accessible

 1. Migration of assets managed by Proxy Controllers
 2. Incorrect Image info
