Symptoms
- Total is not valid until a decimal separator is replaced by a comma separator for all amounts (Total, sub-total, unit price, tax).
- The version of Windows 7 is an English version, installed as a VM on a host OS that is French.
- For the properties of Region and Language, the format is English (US) with corresponding numeric and currency settings.
- The invoice being processed is US based.
