Symptoms

  1. Total is not valid until a decimal separator is replaced by a comma separator for all amounts (Total, sub-total, unit price, tax).
  2. The version of Windows 7 is an English version, installed as a VM on a host OS that is French.
  3. For the properties of Region and Language, the format is English (US) with corresponding numeric and currency settings.
  4. The invoice being processed is US based.
