Goal

A Customer might require improving the time it takes to re-balance partitions in a scenario with many high latency tasks like aggregations running. This document explains how it can be done.

Note: In scenarios with many high latency tasks like aggregations running it can take significantly long for required re-partitioning to finish. The quick reduction of the amount of endangered partitions might be considered of higher value compared to quicker task execution.
