Following the process as documented in the...
Oracle® Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle Access Management 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.2) for All Platforms Part Number E27239-12
Section 7.7.3 Enabling the Replication Service

In this section, there is a sample curl command to test the replication rest service:

curl -u 'https://oam1.example.com:7002/oam/services/rest/_ replication/hello'

Q1. From testing, that the above HELLO service call works when useing the Admin Server endpoint, and comes back with a "Not Found" error when I use the OAM managed server endpoint. Are the rest services deployed to the WL Admin Server or to the OAM managed server?

Q2. Subsequently in section 7.7.3.1 Setting Up Replication Using REST, there is a reference to a property called 'RESTEndpoint' that must be specified when adding a partner for MDC. The sample endpoint used in this case is "RESTEndpoint=https://oam1.oracle.com:443".
Is this the end point for the WL Admin Server or for the OAM Managed servers (accessed via a global load balancer)?
