Administration Console does not work when using Administration Port and WebLogic Plug-In 1.0 (Doc ID 1674206.1)

Symptoms

Apache HTTP Server 2.2
WebLogic 1.0 128-bit 2.2 plug-in
WebLogic Server 10.3.6
Browser---(Https)--->Apache--(Https)--WLS Plugin-->WLS (Administration Port Enabled)

While accessing the WLS Console through Apache Web Server, some of the console changes (eg: Starting and Stopping managed servers) fail with the below warning message in the browser.  In FireFox, you could see the following warning message:

There are no errors in wl_proxy.log and in Weblogic logs with DebugHttp enabled.

If WLS console is accessed directly hitting WLS url, then all console configuration changes work fine.
