Problems Displaying Batches with Notes in Capture Batch List (Doc ID 1674607.1)

Symptoms

Some batches are not displayed in the batch list while others are. The batches all have batch notes. In other cases, the batches are listed in the list, but the notes are no longer visible for that batch and the Date/Time value is 00:00:00.  Many cases this is seen where Import Server is creating batches and attaching a batch note to the batch.  When attempting to review the batch in Capture Index or Batch Manager (for example) only some of the batches are displayed in the list.
