Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

When running through the install of SOA 11g, and configuring a domain the test connection screen comes back with the following error for DEV_SOAINFRA schema:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run config.sh to create domain.
2. Configure JDBC component schema.
3.Problem happens in schema test connection to DEV_SOAINFRA
