Within the Oracle WebCenter Portal Documentation, it says:

"To install the WebGate:Copy the ZIP file (Oracle_Access_Manager10_1_4_3_0_linux_GCClib.zip) containing the two gcc libraries required for the installation (libgcc_s.so.1 and libstdc++.so.5) to a /tmp directory. For more information, refer to the "Installing the WebGate" section in the Oracle Access Manager Installation Guide."
