FRM-92120 Registry File Registry.dat Is Missing When Accessing Forms Through An External OHS (Doc ID 1674891.1)

Symptoms

After setting up a new OHS on a Webtier to access the Forms 11g installation, the following error appears:

FRM-92120: Fatal error: registry file http(s)://(host):(port)/forms/registry/oracle/forms/registry/Registry.dat is missing.
