Goal

Qn1: We would like to know the capability of eGate JMS and Standard IQ .
How many messages JMS & Standard IQ can hold?

Qn2:While I was reviewing the JMS configs, I found one parameter 'Maximum Message Cache Size' which is set to 100.

To find the exact meaning of the parameter, I had to go though the JMS user guide but it is not clear what is message Cache size.

Ref: JMS User Guide

Maximum Message Cache Size
Description
Specifies the maximum size of the message cache in bytes.
Required Values
An integer from 1 through 2147483647 (=2^31-1).

Could you kindly advice what is the parameter means? What is does? What will be the impact if we need to change the parameter value '100' to '500'?
Please advice.
