Not Able to Restart AdminServer Cleanly, oamconsole no Longer Available (Doc ID 1677031.1)

Symptoms

Setup has been working fine for a long time. However, user is not able to restart Weblogic Admin Server cleanly. oamconsole is no longer available as well.

Following is reported in Admin Server startup log:

 

 

Changes

 No changes on OAM's end. However, there are other products installed onto the same server
