Users Unable To Authenticate To Management Client

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to access various tabs within the Self Service Password Reset web management console with restricted permissions applied to the Management Client folder,
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the steps to restrict access to the Self Service Password Reset web management console (Ref: 4.6.5 Restricting Access to the Password Reset Web Console - ESSO 22.214.171.124.0 Installation Guide)
2. Add the IIS_IUSRS group and desired domain group to the ACL for C:\Program Files (x86)\Passlogix\v-GO SSPR\ManagementClient folder.
3. Attempt to access the Self Service Password Reset web management console from a browser on a remote workstation with an account that has permission to access the web management console.
