UserID Is Shown Instead Of Display Name When Activity Is Shared Using Share Link (Doc ID 1677284.1)

Symptoms

When Share Link is used in a WebCenter Portal application and the content is published, the user login id is displayed instead of the user display name in the Activity Stream.  In the Activity Stream it displays as 'shared via <USER_ID>' instead of 'shared via <user display name>'.
