Remedy Remedy Ticket Management Connector Leaving Connection Open After Transaction is Complete

Using the OIM BMC Remedy Ticket Management 126.96.36.199 connector with BMC Remedy. Its observed that when the connector provisions from OIM to Remedy, two connections are opened by the connector with Remedy. But after the transaction is complete, one connection is not closed and is left open. This causes active connections to increase over time and can lead to running out of available connections.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install and configure the OIM BMC Remedy Ticket Management 188.8.131.52 connector with BMC Remedy.
2) Provision users from OIM to Remedy using the BMC connector.
3) Observe the connections using the netstat command.
