Enterprise Capture Import Job is not Picking up Images / Documents from a Folder Source / Share (Doc ID 1678504.1)

Symptoms

After defining a workspace for Enterprise Capture, where an Import Processor Folder Source job is set up to import images from a network share, documents are not imported from that folder.  There are no errors in the Capture Managed Server log.
