Lucene indexing fails with error message :
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tika/parser/Parser
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.tika.parser.Parser

Index files are normally located in the shared file system under the "lucene" folder but they are empty. Assets cannot be indexed and only some files are found in the folder.
