Symptoms

Using WebCenter Content 11g on Linux

The Inbound Refinery has been configured to create extra renditions of images. The renditions of the images are created using Oracle Outside In Image Export.

When an animated GIF file is checked in and send to Inbound Refinery for conversion, an error is generated:

csConversionForceFailureByStep(DigitalGraphicRenditions,!csRenditionCopyPrimaryError) csRenditionCopyPrimaryError.

As a result the renditions are not generated, and the image remains in GenWWW status.
