When using UCP 188.8.131.52.0 or 184.108.40.206.0 with RAC 220.127.116.11.0 server, FCF does not work. To observe the problem, either turn on UCP logging or obtain
FCF statistics after an injected outage. The log would show the received FAN event as invalid; and the statistics string would show no FCF processing has taken place.
UCP throws java.sql.SQLRecoverableException as follows:
The issue reproduces with both UCP 18.104.22.168 and 22.214.171.124.
The JDBC version is not relevant to to the reproducibility.
UCP 126.96.36.199 + JDBC 188.8.131.52 -> Y(reproduced)
UCP 184.108.40.206 + JDBC 220.127.116.11 -> Y
UCP 18.104.22.168 + JDBC 22.214.171.124 -> Y
UCP 126.96.36.199 + JDBC 188.8.131.52 -> N
target DB is 184.108.40.206 in all cases above.
