When using UCP 220.127.116.11.0 or 18.104.22.168.0 with RAC 22.214.171.124.0 server, FCF does not work. To observe the problem, either turn on UCP logging or obtain FCF statistics after an injected outage. The log would show the received FAN event as invalid; and the statistics string would show no FCF processing has taken place.
UCP throws java.sql.SQLRecoverableException as follows:
The issue reproduces with both UCP 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52.
The JDBC version is not relevant to reproduce it.
UCP 184.108.40.206 + JDBC 220.127.116.11 -> Y(reproduced)
UCP 18.104.22.168 + JDBC 22.214.171.124 -> Y
UCP 126.96.36.199 + JDBC 188.8.131.52 -> Y
UCP 184.108.40.206 + JDBC 220.127.116.11 -> N
target DB is 18.104.22.168 in all cases above.
