Symptoms

Integrated Replicate abended with errors
2014-05-30 18:04:08 ERROR OGG-00664 OCI Error Flushing database inbound server, 'OGG$<REPLICAT>' (status = 26804-ORA-26804: Apply "OGG$<REPLICAT>" is disabled.).

2014-05-30 18:04:08 WARNING OGG-02531 Inbound server OGG$<REPLICAT> error status ORA-26,808:ORA-26808: Apply process AS01 died unexpectedly.
ORA-26857: LCR position cannot be null (XID=).
