Symptoms

The Clean Up RTS instance is generating an error stating:

Batch '<BatchID>' could not be deleted! Description: 'Batch does not exist !

This error occurs for many batches. The entire logging appears as:

Batch '<BatchID>' could not be deleted! Description: 'Batch does not exist !
Batch '<BatchID>' could not be deleted! Description: 'Batch does not exist !
Batch '<BatchID>' could not be deleted! Description: 'Batch does not exist !
