WebLogic Deploy WLST Command Failing in WebLogic Server 12.1.2 (Doc ID 1680791.1)

Symptoms

The WebLogic deployment script using WLST is failing with "weblogic.deploy.beans.factory.InvalidTargetException" while the same deployment script works fine in WebLogic 12.1.1. The error message is as below:

The WLST command used to deploy ear packages works fine in WLS 12.1.1.
