Symptoms

Check-In document into Framework Folder launches cryptic error when invalid Year format entered in date field on check-in form.  (error does not direct user to the data field)

Content Server Request Failed
Error Unable to execute service CHECKIN_NEW_SUB and function Irevision.
The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been
logged.
