Authenticated Users are Unable to see Content in a Portal/Space: The parent folder may have been deleted or your permissions may have been deleted or revoked (Doc ID 1681277.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to access content from a private space as authenticated user,
the following error occurs.

  The selected document or folder or its parent folder may have been deleted or your permissions may have been deleted or your permissions may have been revoked.
  Please refresh to see the latest content (View > Refresh Content).

 

Attempting to access the content directly in WebCenter Content UI with the affected user shows the following error:

Content Server Request Failed
Error accessing file 'GPZ_CI_POL_100_ES.pdf' for download. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has being logged.

 

The Space Administrators or WebCenter Portal Administrators have no issues viewing the folder and files in the affected space.
