Symptoms
When attempting to access content from a private space as authenticated user, the following error occurs:

Attempting to access the content directly in WebCenter Content UI with the affected user shows the following error:
Content Server Request Failed
Error accessing file '<FILENAME>.pdf' for download. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has being logged.

The Space Administrators or WebCenter Portal Administrators have no issues viewing the folder and files in the affected space.
