Is it possible to Disable WebCenter Portal Blog Comments? (Doc ID 1681865.1)

In WebCenter Spaces, the requirement is that the Blog Service: Comments in blogs should have a workflow approval process or they should be disabled.

That functionality doesn't seem to be available, out of the box. Is it possible to do this?
