Error 53 after excuting oidcmprec to synchronize two OID 10g (Doc ID 1682273.1)

Goal

Using oidcmprec to sync two OID 10g.

There is one error in the report, it looks destination server is read only to cn=cookieEncryptionKey.

There are 2 shared secrets entries found in cn=cookieEncryptionKey in the destination. one of it is same as the source.
Trying to delete the entry obshardsecret. and replacing with one from source. Resulting getting the above error.
