Goal

We have set up very complex job-chains using a third-party external job scheduler in which certain of them invoke ODI Load Plans using web service calls to ODI Agents.

For example, when we launch a Load Plan in such a way, all Scenarios must be launched before a subsequent job in the overall job flow and which is controlled by the job scheduler;

Currently, when using the third-party external job scheduler to launch ODI Load Plans on an ODI Agent through web service calls, a return code of 0 (zero) is systematically returned indicating that the Load Plan has been launched in an asynchronous manner.

Is it possible, then to perform the same operation but in a synchronous manner such that only when the Load Plan terminates does the web service call return a termination code ?
