CKEditor Formatting (Doc ID 1682335.1)

Goal

When copying (with ctrl +c) content from any editor eg - MS Word and paste it (ctrl +v) in CKEditor ( of any asset field), the content formatting remains same.
To clear formatting we need to follow below steps
1) .ctrl +A
2). ctrl + shift + V

Can this be avoided, is it a product defect?
