How To Add Links On Initial Creation Of Events In WebCenter Portal (Doc ID 1683827.1)

Goal

Using Webcenter Portal (Spaces) currently users must first create an Event, then return and edit the Event in order to add Links.    When other users are subscribed to Events they receive multiple / unnecessary notifications, and this is also additional steps for creator.
We need the ability to add 'Links' on initial creation of Event.
