OSB Monitoring Doesn't Recognize One Of The Manage Servers - Aggregator rejected statistics reported by server (Doc ID 1683968.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

In BEA AquaLogic Service Bus Console Under Service Health Tab
Display Statistics: Current Aggregation Interval
Server: osbMNG-2

If you choose server osbMNG-1 then there's no errors but choosing osbMNG-2, the following error occurs:
