SQL/MX Extracts From TMF Are Not Moving. H.P. Nonstop Server. (Doc ID 1683981.1)

Symptoms

Customer has installed J06.17.00 with one of the affected versions of DP2.

or has installed one of the affected versions of DP2 on an earlier J06 release.

There are two or more sql/mx TMF extracts running.

The extracts are not moving forward and cannot be gracefully stopped.

Multiple pstates on vamserv show it never returning from ARREAD() AND

Vamserv has a message on $RECEIVE that has been read and not replied to AND

Vamserv is sending thousands of messages per second but not to an open file AND

A process measurement on the vamserv processes show them with lots of

time in ZCLIPDLL in function SQLMX_GETOBJECTINFO_() .
