Symptoms

On : 11.2.1.0.1 version, Monitor index out of bounds error for extract and/or pump when enabling instance monitoring

Due to this error, Goldengate extract and/or pump will show wrong process status in OEM 12c or Oracle Goldengate(OGG) Monitor Server UI.
