Symptoms

An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Load Plan with numerous parallel steps is executed in an infinite loop.

After a couple of days running, the number of waits/locks on 

 is growing at a point that the Load Plan executions fail due to enq: UL - contentions.

After a restart of the ODI execution Agent, the executions immediately return to be normal behavior but after some time the issue is observed again.
