Symptoms

You are using the WsdlGenerator component.  You have downloaded the GetFile sample WSDL (GetFile.wsdl), and you attempt to run this.

For the GetFileByID request, you have supplied the dID.

For the GetFileByName request, you have supplied the dDocName (Content ID) and the revisionSelectionMethod (either Specific, Latest, or LatestReleased).

Both requests fail with this error:
