OIM 11g showing following error in logs:
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: Internal error: Cannot obtain XAConnection weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: OR
A-02391: exceeded simultaneous SESSIONS_PER_USER limit
Errors occur, then after a while the related server starts not answering requests. No read or write operation can be done. Need to restart the server to resolve the problems.
