When External Service Return 500 Internal Server Error, OSB Is Not Processing The SOAP Fault Message In the Return Message (Doc ID 1684811.1)

Symptoms

When a external webservice generates an HTTP 500 - Internal Server response, it should include the soap fault message as a payload. OSB is not reading the SOAP Fault returned by the external service and just returns the http 500 - Internal Server Error ignoring the the soap fault information from the end service.
