Is an Oracle Password Filter 10g Installed on Windows DCs Compatible with OID 11g? (Doc ID 1684892.1)

Goal

Currently Oracle Password Filters from an Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 10g media are installed on Windows Domain Controllers and are working with OID 10g.

Next, planning to upgrade to OID 11g.

Will the existing Oracle Password Filter 10g continue to work with OID 11g?  Or is it required to upgrade all the Password Filter installations to 11g also?
