Symptoms

Using Oracle Portal 3.0.8 and unable to access the Portal home page.

Errors in error_log:
create or replace type wwa_api_module as object
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15456]
ORA-04031: unable to allocate %s bytes of shared memory (\"% s\",\"%s\",\"%s\",\"%s\")
