Errors When Accessing Portal Packages Through DBMS_JOB (Doc ID 183588.1)

Symptoms

Error occurs using dbms_job package to run a procedure:

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PORTAL30"." WWSEC_GROUP$"."SUBSCRIBER_ID")
ORA-06512: at "PORTAL30.WWCTX_SSO"
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job %s
ORA-28115: policy with check option violation
ORA-06512: at "PORTAL30.WWSEC_API", line 698
