Attempting to execute a third party custom portlet in Oracle Portal returns the following error:

"Error! javax.servlet.ServletException:
Unable to find Provider class oracle.portal.provider.v1.http.DefaultURLProvider"

The sample URL Services Portlets provided with the PDK-URL Services are working.
