Incorrect Admin Password Defined in OIM Directory Server IT Resource Cause User Password Reset Failure (Doc ID 1900032.1)

Symptoms

While trying to reset password for a user in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), the password reset fails with the following error:

 



Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to OIM console as admin user

2. Search for user

3. Open the user, click Reset Password. Select Manual Password option

4. The above mentioned error comes up
