Oracle Internet Directory (OID) / Directory Integration Platform (DIP) Provisioning Profile is not able o connect to E-Business Suite (EBS) database (DB) using Single Client Access Name (SCAN), to facilitate clients using a single network address with which to connect, returning: error unable to connect to database as follows:
