Symptoms
OID was upgraded from 11.1.1.4 to 11.1.1.7, and the orcllastlogintime attirubte is no longer updating. Logins are processed by OAM.
Running the following command to validate that the orclpwdtracklogin attribute is set to "1":
ldapsearch -h <OID_HOSTNAME> -p <PORT> -D cn=orcladmin -q -b "cn=default,cn=pwdpolicies,cn=common,cn=products,cn=oraclecontext,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com" -s base "objectclass=*" orclpwdtracklogin
cn=default,cn=pwdPolicies,cn=Common,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com
orclpwdtracklogin=1
Validated the effective subtree for this default policy in OID, and it is correct.

Upgraded OID from 11.1.1.4 to 11.1.1.7.
