Symptoms

Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g upgraded to 11.1.1.7 or 11.1.1.9.

The Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) URL returns or renders nothing / empty or blank page / no pages.

The wls_ods1-diagnostic.log shows error:
